Behavioral Science 103, is designed to assist in increasing interpersonal
effectiveness in stressful situations in dealing with other people. Focus is on learning skills in building
relationships, maintaining ongoing relationships, and developing relationships in
transition. This 5 credit
course is offered Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer.
Behavioral Science 107, is designed for any person who is entering the labor
force for the first time, or who is re-entering the world of work after a period of
non-activity, or who wishes to change to a more satisfying and less
stressful occupations. This 5 credit
course is offered Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer.
Behavioral Science 190, is designed to assist individuals to increase their
awareness of stress, anxiety, and frustration. The course provides a broad physical,
social and psychological understanding of the human stress response. Focus is on providing
students with material from a wide background of stress research and experimentation,
offering scientific insight and practical skills for effective stress
management. This 5
credit course is offered Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer.
